Step 1. Sign up with your name, email address, the curriculum centre you will be working out of, and choose a password.

Step 2. A verification message will be sent to the email address you provided to ensure that we have your correct contact information. Please click on the confirmation link in the email message that you receive. If no message comes to you, please double check your junk-mail, or contact the admin.

Step 3. Once you have confirmed your contact information, the admin will be notified to review and approve your registration. This may take a few days. Until you are approved, you won't be able to access the system.

I understand that the chapter material from the Handbook for Clinician Scientists, whether in written or electronic form, contained within the PCIRN curriculum modules are copyrighted by the Hospital for Sick Children (HSC) Research and Development Limited Partnership (RDLP) and may not be reproduced or altered without express written permission.

I hereby grant to PCIRN the non-exclusive right to use my photo, audio, and video images for administrative, promotional, and educational use on a not-for-profit basis on PCIRN print and electronic media, intranet/internet websites, and social media (iTunesU, YouTube, and Facebook).
